Shipping policy

DermaCrest ships across the world.  All orders placed online at www.DermaCrest.com are processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped. 

Typical FREE WORLDWIDE shipping times are within 8-10 business days, and EXPRESS shipping times are 7-9 business days for USA, but may vary based on size of package, final destination, and holiday schedules.  We also offer Express Shipping, which varies based on the country, and although approximate shipping days are posted, it is based on shipping carriers, and DermaCrest cannot guarantee the arrival of your package in the estimated time frame.

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping address and size of parcel and will be calculated during checkout. Currently, DermaCrest offers FREE worldwide shipping, which is subject to change. If shipping charges change, our shipping policies will be updated accordingly and reflected at checkout.

Please note that shipping charges may vary by country and size/weight of each package. These prices are subject to change at DermaCrests will. 

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE & PROTECTION:

Customers will be prompted to purchase an optional third party shipping protection and insurance based on the value of the total order. This protects customers against lost, damaged, or stolen items. Since DermaCrest does NOT control carriers and delivery destinations, we encourage customers to opt-in for this third party insurance for a more streamlined experience. 

Customers who DON'T purchase shipping insurance are 100% responsible for their own orders and dealing with the local shipping carrier, or placing another order for replacement.

If a package is lost, stolen or damaged, the shipping protection company will ask for information and payout the value of the items based on the information provided. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED unless customer service is emailed and notified of a return. Returns sent to our return address without prior notification and agreement will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by customer. We recommend shipping return items with tracking to prevent liability for loss or damage. If product is lost WITHOUT a tracking number, or damaged upon receipt, a refund may not be provided.
