Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us and we will be happy to provide you with return instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns are processed once they are received, and can take up to 5-7 business days to be visible on your original method of payment.
Please note, that if items were purchased with express shipping methods for an additional fee, these Express Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the total value of the products, less shipping charges.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend shipping return items with tracking to prevent liability for loss or damage. If product is lost WITHOUT a tracking number, or damaged upon receipt, a refund may not be provided.
Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item as it can take 7-10 business days to process the returned item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Warranty
We stand behind our product. If for any reason, the product has a defect within the 1 year manufacturer warranty period from date of delivery, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide a resolution. However, warranty is void if product failure or issues are due to improper use or customer abuse/damage. Warranty may be void if product is dropped, improper charging methods, or has be submerged in water.
